I am super impressed with the responsiveness and the warmth of the front office staff. I am moving to Pharr so I was googling apartments in the area and was blown away by the photos of the property. On my visit the property was clean and everyone I spoke to seemed happy to be there...and the pool area is GORGEOUS. Looking forward to moving in here soon!

Had a good experience with the staff replacing my dryer after it stopped working. Was through the weekend so I had to wait a bit, but they were very clear and communicative the entire time. Thank you team!

Jackson is such a wonderful place.For that the weeks that I have lived here it has been a wonderful experience.I also love the pool area because it relaxes me and lets me get my thought out of the way and it helps me relax.Another reason I love this place is the doggy park because I get to walk with my dog around it also helps me relax!

I've been living in Jackson Place for about 3 years. From the presentation to service,I can say it is amazing! Every issue, problem, or concern I have had has been solved or answered with assurance and care. The employees Angela, Yvette, and Claudia always seem to be hands on when working together! There are sometimes events that happen that give good deals or spectacular prizes. Some places that are included is a gym, park, and doggy park! I no longer have to pay for memberships when having good quality machines in the apartments. The playground is amazing for the kids to socialize and have fun! The dog park is very convenient for any who can't drive or have transportation.

When I was in the market for a new place to stay everywhere ive been was way to expensive or too small! Jackson is the perfect place for all familys! I feel i have found the perfect place for myself. When i come across an issue, and bring concerns to it.. I always get the help i need! The manager and employees there always help in every way they can!

Tengo 4 años viviendo en Jackson Place y me gusta mucho vivir aquí. La administración Claudia, Ángela y Yvette son muy amables y atentas. Mantenimiento ha mejorado con el nuevo equipo. Los eventos muy divertidos.
