Living at Jackson Place Apartments has been such a great experience! The community is always well-kept, peaceful, and welcoming. I work from home and I really appreciate how quiet the buildings are. Wi-Fi is stable, and. I can actually use the pool and clubhouse to take breaks. It's a good setup.

We were searching for a dog-friendly complex and Jackson Place exceeded expectations. The Bark Park and Dog Run make it easy to keep our pup active and social. Plus, Angela has been such a huge help since move-in-kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the limited vehicular access gates give that extra peace of mind.

I am super impressed with the responsiveness and the warmth of the front office staff. I am moving to Pharr so I was googling apartments in the area and was blown away by the photos of the property. On my visit the property was clean and everyone I spoke to seemed happy to be there...and the pool area is GORGEOUS. Looking forward to moving in here soon!

Jackson is such a wonderful place.For that the weeks that I have lived here it has been a wonderful experience.I also love the pool area because it relaxes me and lets me get my thought out of the way and it helps me relax.Another reason I love this place is the doggy park because I get to walk with my dog around it also helps me relax!

I've been living in Jackson Place for about 3 years. From the presentation to service,I can say it is amazing! Every issue, problem, or concern I have had has been solved or answered with assurance and care. The employees Angela, Yvette, and Claudia always seem to be hands on when working together! There are sometimes events that happen that give good deals or spectacular prizes. Some places that are included is a gym, park, and doggy park! I no longer have to pay for memberships when having good quality machines in the apartments. The playground is amazing for the kids to socialize and have fun! The dog park is very convenient for any who can't drive or have transportation.

When i come across an issue, and bring concerns to it.. I always get the help i need! The manager and employees there always help in every way they can!
